(Period 1) Teaching contents: Story time Teaching aims and learning objectives: 1. 能听懂、会读、会说单词:wake up, mum, o’clock, breakfast, dinner。 2. 能听懂、会读、会说日常用语与句型What time is it?/Hurry up. /It’s …o’clock./It’s time for…。 3. 能听懂、会说、会读、会写单词class, bed, OK。 4. 能正确地理解并朗读对话,在教师的引导和帮助下尝试表演对话。 5. 能初步运用本课所学的词汇和日常交际用语询问和谈论时间。 Focus of the lesson and predicted area of difficulty: 1.句型:What time is it? / It’s …o’clock. /It’s time for breakfast/ class/ dinner/ bed……的正确使用。 2.词汇:o’clock,breakfast,dinner的读音。 3.能正确地理解并朗读对话,在教师的引导和帮助下尝试表演对话。 4.能初步运用本课所学的词汇和日常交际用语询问和谈论时间。 Teaching procedures: Step 1 Warm up T: Good morning/afternoon, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning/afternoon, teacher. Step 2 Review numbers T: What number is it? (用数字围成钟面) S1: 5. S2:4. …… T: Very good !Next one. 利用钟面出示新授数字:11,12。 S: what’s this? It’s a clock. 新授:clock (钟) …o’ clock (点钟) 点评:这一段开场设计既复习了数字,又引出了钟面,设计非常紧凑,流畅。同时化解了新课中的两个比较难的单词“eleven , twelve”,分散难点。降低新授的难度。 Step 3 Presentation and practice: T: Boys and girls, you did a very good job! Now look at this picture, who is he? Ss: Liu Tao. 1. Watch and answer How to ask the time? 新授: What time is it? 操练钟面:第一个师生示范,其余四个请同学ask and answer 揭题:U6 what time is it? 2. Read and circle Read the text and circle the words about the “time” A. It’s 8:00. B. It’s 6:00. C. It’s 11:00. What does Liu Tao do ? underline the sentences. Please read the story and finish the time table.
自读课文完成表格
(1)学习单词:breadfast , dinner , bed. (2)Try to say “it’s ...o’ clock. It’s time for... 3. reading time (1) read after the tape ,学习两个词组:wake up , hurry up. 点评:两个词组都有up,放在一起学习容易混淆,带上身体语言比较容易理解。但是区分的过程中仍有困难。可以让一组孩子“睡觉”,然后集体一一叫醒他们,以加深对“wake up”的理解和运用。 (2) read after the teacher (3) read together 4. Acting time Step 4 Consolidations: T: We have made the time table of Liu Tao. Can you make your own time table?
完成之后小组内交流 Step5 Homework: 1. Listen to the tape and read the dialogue fluently. 2. Make your own clock and try to say the time.

教学反思: 本课教学中学习的几个单词都有较大难度(eleven, twelve, breakfast, bed)虽然进行了分解,但是单词太长,学生掌握困难。句型中what time 的读法也有一定困难。句型掌握情况较好。自己的作息表中,反馈较好。针对困难单词,可能需要设计chant 来吸引学生练读,加大读的量,加深记忆。
