Step 1: Warming up
出示U7 Cartoon time图片
T:What does Bobby want to be in the future? 新授future
S:He wants to be a traveller.
T:That’s his dream. 新授dream
T: Why does Bobby have this dream?
S: Because he wants to travel around the world.
T: Yes, we all have our dreams.
Today we’ll learn Unit8 Our dreams.(揭题)
Step 2: Presentation
1.Play a game: Link link.
Read the words loudly and find his friend as quickly as possible!

a.出示课文图片
T:What are they talking about?
Ss:They are talking about their dreams.(读前言)
b. T:Do you want to know their dreams?
(1) First, listen, look,and circle the words about the dream.
(听课文,在书中找到关于梦想的词)
(2)Next, match and say : Liu Tao wants to be a ...
(3)Check (过程中学习生词:an astronaut, a dentist,
a pianist )
c. T: We know their dreams, do you know why they have
these dreams?(出示表格),请学生再读课文,将梦想
的原因划下来。
