一. 教学内容:6B Unit3(Part A)

二. 教学目标: 1.能初步学会有礼貌的问路和给别人指路。

2. 能听懂,会说,会读,会拼写单词和词组way, get, along ,street, take ,stop, road.

3. 能听懂,会说,会读,会写Can you tell me the way to …, please?

4. 能听懂,会说,会读单词和词组history, museum, crossing, miss, kilometre, No. , told.

5. 能使学生了解本市的风景名胜,乐于帮助别人。

Step 1..Free talk

1.Greeting

2.Games: (1) listen and do

Show me your left/ right hand.   Left/right

Turn left/right.  (read the cards)

3 Look at the picture. What place is it?

It’s Nanjing Library

I want to go to the Nanjing Library. But I don’t know the way.

So, I need to ______________

Let’s learn unit3 ‘Asking the way’

Step 2 Read the forewords of Part A and answer the questions.

1.  T: Olympic Games are coming soon.  Can you show the way to the foreigners? Just like Yang Ling. Now ,there are some foreign friends in Nanjing. They need your help. Let’s have a look.

At this lesson, we know if you don’t know the way, you can ask the others, just like “can you tell me the way to…?” ( should be polite)  add’ Excuse me , please”(write in red)

If you tell the way ,you can say” go along….”it’s a long walk, you can tell where it is /which bus can they take /how many stops are there?

教师预测到了课后练习中andget off at the third stop.中at the third stop是一个难点,因为文中只有How many stops are there? Only two.学生不会用the third这样的序数词。因而教室可以设计You can get off at the second stop. 放在Only two 后面。引出这样一个语言点,同时进行简单的教授与讲解,以此降低练习难度,让学生有一个较为深刻的印象。做练习时有较多的同学出现了这个错误。看来有时英语课上是需要面面俱到,一个都不能少。

本单元学习问路时的日常用语,课文由Smith先生来到南京要去的地方展开问路的日常交际用语的教学。本课的教学内容,学生容易错的地方是在序数词的运用,还有就是刘云霞老师说的文化习惯,有基数词转换到序数词的变换规律。

王赟老师的这一课中运用了预习单,在我们学校是比较先进的,通过预习单的合理设计和运用,指导了学生的预习,同时化解了上课的难度,比较值得学习。

这个单元语篇话题是问路,这里涉及到行走路线的问题,仅仅靠学生的书面理解会有一部分同学弄不清楚。此处王老师若请学生上台演示,这样更直观,孩子理解起来就更容易了。

问路这一单元A部分语篇教学中的新单词和句型比较多,教师可能考虑到这一点,在课前给孩子预习设定了一个目标————预习方案,这为学生课堂学习打下了好的基础。

本课中有几个学生容易混乱的知识点:1.关于方向,也就是turn left ,turn right 。2.关于第几站的问题。在教学中教师要帮助学生去理解这两个点。
